Booking policies
Payment
A $30 deposit is required and is non-refundable unless you reschedule 48h in advance.
Deposit applies to your final cost.
Cash only — bring it before arrival.
Late policy
You have a 20-minute grace period.
30+ mins late = appointment cancelled + new deposit required.
Always notify delays.
Cancellation
One reschedule only, at least 48h in advance.
No-shows = blocked from future bookings.
Please cancel responsibly.
Calendar
Booking opens on the 1st of every month + 10 days into the next.
Only current availability is shown.
Appointment preparation
Please arrive with clean, detangled, and properly blow-dried hair. No oils, grease, leave-in conditioners, or products.
Check your scalp for any uncontrollable issues before booking.
If you have alopecia, sores, rashes, dandruff, scabs, thinning/bald areas, or short/blunt cuts, notify us in advance.
Hair must be at least 3 inches all around. Very short hair may require consultation.
We accept all hair types.
Shampoo services are not available.
Unstretched hair requires an extra $20 blow-dry fee.
Braiding hair is included. You may also bring your own hair (+$10). Hair must be PRE-STRETCHED.
Blending color costs $10 extra for 2 colors. Only black color provided by default.
Some hairstyles require you to drop off hair a week in advance. Contact us if not possible.
Choose your hairstyle carefully. Once booked, it cannot be changed.
